1. Status of Liberty: It was established in 28 October, 1886. 

- It is located in New York City.

-  It's height is about 151 feet 1 inch ( 46 meters) .

- It designated as UNESCO's World Heritage Site in 1984. 

-It was designated as UN's National Monument on October 15, 1924 by the President Calvin Coolidge.




2. International Animation Day: 

The International Animation Day was started in 28 October,2002.

- It is celebrated on 28 October every year.

- The International Film Association established International Animation Day in 2002.




3. Birth of Margaret Elizabeth Nobel:

Margaret Elizabeth Nobel was born on 28 October, 1867 in Ireland.

- She was  known as Vagini Nibedita.

- She was greatly inspired by Swami Vivekananda.

- Swami Vivekananda gave the title "Sister Nibedita" to her.

- She had a great contribution to Swadeshi movement of Bengal.
