Article 12 : Definition 

In this part , unless the context otherwise requires , "the state" includes the Government and Parliament of India and the Government and the  Legislature of each of states and all local and other authorities within the territory of India or under the control of the Government of India.

এই অংশত , যদিহে প্ৰসংগত অন্যথা প্ৰয়োজনীয় নহয় , "ৰাজ্য"ই  ভাৰত চৰকাৰ আৰু সংসদ আৰু প্ৰতিখন ৰাজ্যৰ চৰকাৰ আৰু বিধানসভা আৰু ভাৰতৰ ভূখণ্ডৰ ভিতৰত বা চৰকাৰৰ নিয়ন্ত্ৰণত থকা সকলো স্থানীয় আৰু অন্যান্য কৰ্তৃপক্ষক  ভাৰতৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত কৰে .
