 IMPORTANT ARTICLES OF THE  CONSTITUTION OF INDIA

(From Article 1 to 11 )

Article 1: Name and territory of the Union.

Article 2: Admission or establishment of new states.

Article 3 : Formation of new states and alteration of areas , boundaries or names of existing states.

Article 4: Laws made under articles 2 and 3 to provide for the amendment of the First and Fourth Schedules and supplemental , incidental and consequential matters.

Article 5 : Citizenship at the commencement of the Constitution.

Article 6: Rights of citizenship of certain persons who have migrated to India from Pakistan. 

Article 7: Right of citizenship of certain migrants to Pakistan.

Article 8 : Right of citizenship of certain persons of Indian origin residing outside India .

Article 9 : Persons voluntarily acquiring citizenship of a foreign state not to be citizens.

Article 10: Continuance of the rights of citizenship .

Article 11: Parliament to regulate the right of citizenship by law.

অনুচ্ছেদ ১: সংঘৰ নাম আৰু ভূখণ্ড।

অনুচ্ছেদ ২: নতুন ৰাজ্যৰ নামভৰ্তি বা প্ৰতিষ্ঠা।

অনুচ্ছেদ ৩ : নতুন ৰাজ্য গঠন আৰু বৰ্তমানৰ ৰাজ্যৰ এলেকা , সীমা বা নাম সলনি কৰা।

অনুচ্ছেদ ৪: অনুচ্ছেদ ২ আৰু ৩ৰ অধীনত প্ৰথম আৰু চতুৰ্থ  অনুসূচী আৰু  আকস্মিক আৰু ফলস্বৰূপ বিষয়সমূহৰ সংশোধনৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিবলৈ প্ৰস্তুত কৰা আইন।

অনুচ্ছেদ ৫ : সংবিধান আৰম্ভ হোৱাৰ সময়ত নাগৰিকত্ব।

অনুচ্ছেদ ৬: পাকিস্তানৰ পৰা ভাৰতলৈ প্ৰব্ৰজন কৰা কিছুমান ব্যক্তিৰ নাগৰিকত্বৰ অধিকাৰ।

অনুচ্ছেদ ৭: পাকিস্তানলৈ কিছুমান প্ৰব্ৰজনকাৰীৰ নাগৰিকত্বৰ অধিকাৰ।

অনুচ্ছেদ ৮ : ভাৰতৰ বাহিৰত বাস কৰা ভাৰতীয় মূলৰ কিছুমান ব্যক্তিৰ নাগৰিকত্বৰ অধিকাৰ ৷

অনুচ্ছেদ ৯ : স্বেচ্ছাই বিদেশী ৰাষ্ট্ৰৰ নাগৰিকত্ব লাভ কৰা ব্যক্তিসকল নাগৰিক নহ’ব।

অনুচ্ছেদ ১০: নাগৰিকত্বৰ অধিকাৰ অব্যাহত ৰখা .

অনুচ্ছেদ ১১: সংসদে নাগৰিকত্বৰ অধিকাৰ আইনৰ দ্বাৰা নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰা।
